Power Users are typically an ADEL user within an Anti-doping Organization (ADO), like:

  • International Federations (IFs),
  • National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs), or
  • Major Event Organizations (MEOs).

Other types of organizations (including regional anti-doping organizations and continental sports associations) can also become Power Users upon request to WADA if they have been delegated responsibility for anti-doping education by a NADO, IF or MEO, or if they have otherwise demonstrated a need to use ADEL to deliver anti-doping education to their stakeholders.
