If you happen to forgot your password, you can always reset it. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Click the SIGN IN button on the top right corner.
2. Then click on the Forgot your password or username? link to receive an email with instructions to set your password again.
3. Enter in your 'Username or email' registered on ADEL.
4. An email with a reset link will be sent to your email. Please click the link to reset your password.
Note: Your email address must be a valid email address and don't forget to check your Junk inbox.
In case that you haven’t received an email after numerous attempts, please send us a support ticket with your first name, last name, username and/or your email address so that we can identify you in our platform. We will then set a temporary password for you.
Troubleshooting:
If you have reset your password and you are still not able to log in, this may happen due to browser cookie setting. In general, a browser keeps remembering the previous password for the same website, this could result in not able to signing in even after a password reset. The browser saves cookie/cached files and is showing the website page that was loaded in the past - the time when you first opened the website.
Solution: Please close the current browser and open a new browser, or open an incognito window.
How to open an incognito window (for Google Chrome) :
Right click on the Google Chrome browser, and then select open New Incognito window. This opens a brand new window. It is a brand new instance of the website.
